Corrosion is one of the most common reasons of bag filter bag damage, because there are many kinds of corrosive substances in the flue gas, the corrosion effect is greater in high temperature environment, so the filter bag will be damaged. Yingkou dust filter bag
The dust bag is the heart of the dust collector. The selection of the dust removal bag is very important. The dust removal bag directly affects the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector. The dust removal bag should pursue the high efficiency dust removal effect in the design filter material.
The corrosion of dust removal bag is often caused by three kinds of gases. We summarized the following three kinds of gas can cause the corrosion of dust removal bag.
1. Strong oxidant
For example, when the PPS dust bag works at 160 ℃, when the oxygen content exceeds the standard (> 12%), a large amount of oxygen can attack the s bond in PPS molecule combine with it. The results showed that PPS fiber became dark brittle, its strength decreased.
We will find that the surface color of PPS fabric bags exposed to sunlight will turn brown. If it is treated for a long time, it is easy to cause the fiber strength to drop the dust bag will be damaged due to the strength drop. The air contains 21% oxygen 79% nitrogen (volume ratio). ,
At low temperature, nitrogen is very stable, but high temperature will break the nitrogen molecular chain react with oxygen to form no NO2. No can be considered much, but NO2 is a strong oxidant can oxidize most of the fibers used for filtration.
Oxidants include nitrogen oxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, chlorine, etc. Strengthening the control of process equipment can reduce the oxidation corrosion.
2. Acid gas
It often occurs in the condition of using high temperature filter material, mainly sulfide. If the high temperature flue gas contains a lot of acid gas, it is recommended to use a dust removal bag with good acid resistance.
If the ordinary dust bag is used, the acid flue gas will corrode the fiber structure in the dust removal bag, resulting in the strength reduction of the dust removal bag the final damage. The damage marks are outside to inside. Reducing the temperature can reduce the corrosion of acid gas to dust bag.
Acid gases include sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, etc.
3. Alkaline gas
It often occurs in the condition of containing ammonia, mainly ammonia.
For damage acid corrosion, reducing the temperature can reduce the corrosion of alkaline gas on the dust removal bag.
